Terms of Service

Thank you (“You”, “User”) for using Agnostic Data Labs!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Agnostic Data Labs (“Software”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”) in the beta version.

By using the Software, You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

We grant you a full, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Software.

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Software.
  • Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Software.
  • Share your personal access (“Account”) to anyone else.
  • White label the software.
  • Disclose the use of the Software in any personal, non-commercial, and commercial cases where it is used.
  • Ensure reasonable security measures are taken to protect unauthorized access to the account that has access to the Software.

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain Our property.

If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback, or improvements regarding the Software (“Feedback”), you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Software.

Any development, such as new examples, templates (“Metadata”) developed as part of beta Software usage is granted to us, in a way that is perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free for incorporation in the Software.

  • Collect certain information about your use of the Software using cookies.
  • Collect certain events, errors or warnings resulting from the use of the Software for the purpose of assisting in troubleshooting and/or improving the Software.
  • Track access and authorization events related to accessing the Software, including but not limited to acceptances of these Terms.

We do not store any solution-related details in our repository. All parts of the Software are stored in a local code repository, which We do not have access to, and for which the User is wholly responsible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, and for any reason without notice.

Upon termination of your access to the Software, all licenses granted to you under these Terms of Software shall terminate.

The Software is provided ‘As Is’ and ‘As Available’ without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statuary, or otherwise.

In no event shall We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Software.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.”

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms.

While we strive to offer timely and helpful assistance to our Users, support services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be subject to availability.

The Software provided under this agreement is subject to continuous improvements. These updates may include bug fixes, security patches, and other modifications deemed necessary or desirable by Us. Users acknowledge and agree that such updates may be provided on a periodic basis and may be necessary for the proper functioning, security, and performance of the software. We reserve the right to implement these updates at our sole discretion, without prior notice to users.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features of the Software at any time, without prior notice to users. While we strive to improve and enhance the Software based on user feedback and technological advancements, Users acknowledge and agree that the availability and functionality of features may change over time. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the addition, removal, or modification of features. By using the software, users accept that feature updates may occur periodically and agree to accept such updates as part of the ongoing development and maintenance of the software.
